We utilise Matrix Reimprinting, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) to release unwanted painful or negative emotions, feelings, and thoughts. These methods are utilised together or separately depending on a client’s needs.

Matrix Reimprinting: is an advanced form of EFT that allows you to back into your past and re-story an experience or event. EFT: is a simple technique of gently tapping on specific points on your body, whilst concentrating on how your emotions are felt in your body. It is often referred to as “Energy Psychology”, EFT works on your body’s own energy system and is utilised to reduce physical and emotional discomfort.
