I have been a natural therapist for over 20 years and my qualifications include a Bachelor of Health Science, Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy, Diploma of Nutrition, Diploma of Herbal Medicine, Diploma of Remedial Massage and Diploma of Specialised Bowen Therapy.
It is my strong belief that balancing the body to reduce pain and improve outlook is key to initiating positive health changes. After spending years studying to become a naturopath, after years of practising both, I eventually came to the realisation that my true love was bodywork. Although I treasure my naturopathic knowledge, I love the thrill of seeing someone walk out feeling better than when they walked in. I have continued studying and added the amazing Bowen therapy to my modalities.
