I am a Heal Your Life teacher based on Louise Hay’s teachings.

I have also attended Joe Dispenza’s 7 day workshop in America and now working to teach the blessings of the chakras and meditation.

I also had the pleasure of attending Gregg Braden’s 4 day workshop on Heart Coherence

I have spent a long time working as an Registered Nurse , now retired. Working with people and their illnesses have given me insight of the mind, body and soul which helps work towards wellness .

As a Reiki master I teach small groups of people who wish to learn.

My trip to France last year was a incredible insight in the teaching’s of Mary Magdalene and the Essenes way , the Brotherhood of light.

I am an intuitive angel card reader. I am an empathic and will detect any trauma that people have experienced in their life and will focus on healing the inner child.
