Multi-Phyt is a concept in fitness offering affordable functional fitness. We pride ourselves on promotion of a loyalty membership where you are not locked into contracts. We also pride ourselves on a personalised service where we assist you when ever you are in the studio.
Daily missions and new fitness challenges are structured workouts you can come in and do anytime. Group sessions are capped at a maximum of 12 participants, these sessions are always changing and evolving.

ABT – ability based training sessions, using different styles of circuits incorporating some cardio work and equipment, kettlebells, powerbags, weights, dumbells and of course our own bodies. Ideal to develop lean muscle mass and tone up. With these sessions everyone feels like they are a part of the team as every body completes the same circuit with weights and a level of intensity that suits them.
STRAPS – suspension training system of using bodyweight as resistance. Safe and adaptable from people to have never worked out before all the way to elite athletes. Even kids can use these straps. We will show you haow to set yourself up and adjust the straps for the different exercises.
Phyt-box – is a cardio based boxing session that will get you sweating in a fun filled non threatening environment. Every week we vary the routine and combinations taking in general boxing through to kickboxing. We will teach you the correct striking technique to safe guard you from injury, the rest is up to you.
Diverse training methods and equipment not found in mainstream gyms. We offer varying intensity and difficulty to suit your ability and promote safe and effective exercise. Using equipment ranging from free weights, medicine balls, kettlebells, suspension straps, resistance bands, ropes, tyres, barbells, power bags, rowers, bikes and cross trainers and the occasional treadmill to help you achieve your results and prevent you becoming fed up with the same old thing.
Young & Phyt – Lean Teensfitness isn’t just for adults, our cross training sessions for the young ones will improve their physical capacity to play sports and move their bodies in a real time situation. Functional fitness developing core strength, hip functioin and motor control. Our program helps build strength that is transferable to sports such as swimming, walking, soccer, tennis, football and more. It also teaches the safe technique to move and shift body and loads in life.
