Motiv8u was created for one reason! We love fitness! The benefits of a healthy lifestyle are numerous as everyone knows, but how many of us really make healthy choices everyday?

Motiv8u offers a range of fitness training options that help you choose the healthy option. Our trainers are all qualified with a Certificate IV in Fitness and registered with Fitness Australia. Our trainer’s number one focus is to motiv8 you!

We are here to make sure you are using the correct techniques during your exercise session and make sure you get the best out of your time. If you hit a plateau we will be there to change your program and mix up your routine to get those results kicking along again!

Motiv8u’s mission is to improve your health and fitness levels by providing you with a fun, challenging, friendly, safe and professional environment. Our main aim is that you enjoy exercising in an encouraging, non threatening environment and walk away feeling refreshed and motivated. We conduct group sessions, stretch and relaxation sessions, corporate training and personal training.
Our sessions are never the same and are designed depending on the individual or group’s goals. A typical session will include a range of exercises including resistance training with dumbbells, medicine balls, resistance bands and bodyweight. We also mix it up with a range of cardio exercises which include interval training, skipping, boxing and circuit training.
