Fleur Daffy:

Fleur has been massaging for 16 years, having received her Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2005 at ACNT (Australasian College of Natural Therapies). Her remedial style is medium to firm and incorporates targeted trigger point work and myofascial techniques to bring about change in the body. Fleur particularly enjoys treating the neck and shoulders and is also experienced in pregnancy massage. Fleur is also undertaking further study in craniosacral work.
Bobby (Brijinder) Sandhu:

Bobby has a holistic approach to his massage practice. He believes in treating the symptoms with remedial deep tissue techniques while aiming to relax the parasympathetic system, bringing about an overall sense of healing, wellbeing and relaxation. Bobby’s treatments have an emphasis on myofascial release, and also can incorporate the ‘Indian head massage’ in his treatments. Bobby's treatments can range in pressure from very firm to light during the massage but always has a calming style to completely relax the body and nervous system.
Maz (Marianna) Mayes:

Marianna brings 20 years of massage experience to the clinic. Her style is medium to firm, she is very skilled in working all areas of the body as well as calming the nervous system. Marianna has undertaken further study in Lymphatic Drainage and treats many clients post surgery and as part of an ongoing maintenance plan.
Mona Kristevic:

Born and raised on the Northern Beaches, health and wellness have been passions of Mona's since childhood. Mona pursued studies as a Remedial Massage therapist after travelling across the globe and experiencing various treatment styles in different cultures. She enjoys learning about her client's lifestyle and works with them to help achieve their fitness and movement goals. Mona will tailor each treatment to address discomfort from acute and chronic restriction, to assist in building ease in their movement and long term stability. She uses light to firm pressure, adjusting for her clients needs.
Alison Morton:

Alison completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage at Randwick TAFE. Taking a holistic approach, she combines Remedial/Deep Tissue work and relaxation techniques to get to the source of aches and muscle tension. Alison will suit a variety of clients, using light to firm pressure, personalising her treatment to suit her clients needs. Alison is a Northern Beaches local and enjoys maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle.
Mel Burrows (Ensor):

Mel has been working as a massage therapist since 2013 after studying at Nature Care College. Mel is passionate about health and wellness and particularly loves helping people with neck and back issues as well as pregnancy massage. Her skill and ability to adapt to each clients needs has made her very popular with a wide range of clients. Mel tends to work with a medium to firm pressure and will adjust her treatments to suit the specific needs of her clients.
Martin Morrissey:

Martin has been a full time massage therapist since 1995. He uses Remedial, Shiatsu, Tui na and his knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Health Science degree) to treat a wide range of muscle and joints problems such as lower back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis etc. The post treatment information Martin provides his clients is an important part of what he does, so you not only get relief from your aches and pains but also understand the likely causes and preventative strategies to stay feeling better and for longer. Martin is fully insured and a member of ATMS.
Thi Mai Nguyen:

Thi Mai is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with a Diploma in Remedial Massage. Her core values of health, well being, care, dignity and respect, stem from 20 years in nursing. Her specialty is in Remedial and Relaxation massage and has a genuine passion for the industry, self improvement and her clients. During her spare time she loves bushwalking, exploring and Australian wildlife.
Deb Greenwell:

Deb is a qualified massage therapist with a Diploma of Remedial Massage from Evolve College. She loves working with her clients to determine an optimal treatment that brings about rest and restoration to the body and mind. Deb will use remedial, trigger point and deep tissue work intertwined with relaxation techniques to deliver a quality therapeutic treatment.
Deb is currently undertaking further study to enable her to go back and train the next generation of massage therapists.
Len Groen:

Len has been massaging for 18 years, completing his Diploma of Remedial Massage Nature Care College. Since achieving the Anatomy Trains Structural Integration Certification in 2017, Len has enjoyed working with people invested in creating efficient and mindful movement patterns in the body.
Susan Abel:
Chiropractor
Susan has had a life-long passion for learning, obtaining a Bachelor of Science majoring in Physics from the University of New South Wales in 1997 and a second Bachelor of Science majoring in Biology from Macquarie University in 2012. She went on to obtain her Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie in 2016. Susan is currently running a research study at Macquarie University into neurological examination. Susan uses mixture of chiropractic techniques largely based on Diversified and Gonstead as well as mobilisations and soft tissue work. She will review the whole body, not just the spine, including the peripheral joints such as knees, shoulders, wrists and ankles.
Anita Schmidt (overseas at present):
Structural Integration Practitioner - Anatomy Trains, Remedial/Sports, Myofascial Release
Anita has been massaging for 16 years, completing a Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2005 at the Australasian College of Natural Therapies. Anita uses a naturally firm pressure but will adjust her treatment style to suit the needs of each client. Anita enjoys creating stability and freedom in the body, enabling her clients to build balanced strength and movement, using Anatomy Trains Structural Integration and Structural Bodywork.
