I have recently opened a small clinic close to your residence and I wanted to tell you a little about myself and the work that I do at M. Massage and Exercise Therapy. It is my intention to support your health care plan to enhance your health and wellbeing.
I have completed a B. Applied Science (Sports and Exercise Science) at the University of Western Sydney (now known as Western University) and also a Diploma Of Remedial Massage at Australasian College of Natural Therapies. Through this, I have gained a wide range of knowledge in the area of anatomy and physiology, injury prevention, muscular conditions and posture correction.
I have had experience working alongside physiotherapists and elite sporting teams such as the Penrith Panthers and Melbourne Victory A-League Soccer Team. I have also had experience working with bootcamps, local sports teams and Crossfit Athletes. I use a wide variety of Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy and myofascial release techniques to achieve the best possible outcome.
I am also fully insured, with accreditation with the Association of Massage Therapists (#1-4111) and Exercise and Sports Science Australia (#9011), with eftpos facilities and private health insurance rebates.
