Acupuncture
The insertion of fine pre-sterilised disposable stainless steel needles in specific energy centres to influence the body's energy and produce a state of harmony that allows the body to heal itself. *Includes moxibustion, cupping, gua sha and tui na.

Qigong massage 
Acupuncture without needles. Acupuncture points and meridians are activated with massage, acupressure and energy work to treat the signs and symptoms presented.  Qigong massage training also available.

Yin Yoga, one-on-one and group sessions.

5 Element Nutrition included in acupuncture sessions.

Foot reflexology 
Foot reflexology is an ancient healing technique that stimulates the reflex points on the feet corresponding with different parts of the body.

Aromatherapy 
The beauty and healing properties of essential oils used in conjunction with massage can help in the treatment of muscle and skeletal problems as well as treating other minor health problems.

Lymphatic drainage massage 
Essential oils and gentle massage stimulate the lymphatic system to clear toxins which often accumulate after illness, surgery or just overdoing it!
