We have all found ourselves reminiscing and looking back at the past at times, sometimes with joy and laughter and sometimes with sadness and regret.
In doing that, there can be a tendency to distort and exaggerate making the good times seem better and bad times seem worse than they really were.
As a result, we can get stuck in a loop and focused on what was rather than what actually is and can be and creates dissatisfaction and a sense of unease which can combine to form dis-ease.
So if this is happening for you or you simply recognise that you want more from life, then its time for change and the first step is improving self-awareness. The key is to understand and accept exactly where you are in your life and learn from and let go of all that has happened to get you to this point.

What I do ...
Coaching
Based on the belief that the answer lies within, a good coach asks great questions to challenge thinking and change perspective. It offers a non-judgmental, confidential, safe space that allows time for reflection and helps you find answers to what has been getting in your way. Mine is not a one size fits all approach - I recognise and acknowledge that you need to align to your individual truth. We offer a unique holistic and therapeutic style that integrates a range of tools and techniques to support personal change allowing you to experience life in a more resourceful and satisfying way, if you're ready to do that.
1:1 Sessions
The first session runs around 1.5 to 2hrs (first half hour of first session free of charge) and gives us the opportunity to find out what it is you want to work on and take some background details. We then arrange ongoing sessions, as needed, running from 1 to 1.5hrs and designed to help you get the best from your time with us.
Group Sessions
We also offer introductory public and private group sessions about the work we do and core principles, tools, techniques and therapies used and can adapt content to suit. Please call us to discuss this.
Self Awareness
Improved self-awareness comes from understanding that we all run a set of unconscious programs and strategies to get us through life and create our individual reality and perception. These are established early in life and are a combination of beliefs, values, decisions, emotions, self-talk, internal images, language, culture, socialisation, history and more. We use various tools and techniques to assist with your understanding and release anything that may be holding you back and may allocate tasks between sessions to keep you on track.
