Formerly Trinity: Mind Body Spirit, Mind Majik was born of my belief that to take care of the spiritual and emotional Self will impact and realign the body. I am an accepting and caring counsellor and hypnotherapist with experience encompassing a range of issues.

About Lista
My interests in the abilities of the mind and behaviour began in the late eighties.I have found hypnosis to be a particularly effective therapeutic modality with a wide range of applications. I continue to study various therapeutic tools for the well-being of my clients. My objective is to give you the skills and insights to help you find your own way forward.
My objective is to provide a service to the community that brings benefit to the individual in a caring and non-judgmental manner. Ultimately it is about providing you the tools and confidence to be the best you.
