Why Counselling Is Important
The reality of life is that difficult situations, feelings and /or behaviours can compromise a person's mental health and well-being. You may have been alerted about this potential problem by a change in a young person’s demeanor. A lot of difficult issues are find confusing, frustrating, and frightening young people nowadays. At their age, they are not yet resilient enough to cope with the pressures they face. You need to be aware of this and respond appropriately.

It is unrealistic to think that all of our problems will disappear and that nothing will come in the future. However, we can learn how to become and do things better which can help us cope and feel better as well as be more productive and successful in our personal life, relationships, or whatever we endeavour to do.
You will gain a focused, practical and evidence-based counselling approach. We will work through your problem presentation using neuroscience, theoretical integration, and matching counselling. I will be using Clinical Neuropsychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy strategies as well as Clinical Hypnotherapy to assess and find solutions to issues.
