Attending a full day, silent meditation retreat provides the amazing chance to step out of the humdrum of busy life and deepen your practice. One of the most effective ways to unlearn chronic pain, stress, worry, and anxiety is to give the immune and nervous system a healthier response to practice. Sustained meditation practice works to remould and re-establish the immune and nervous system to more balanced, positive, and less reactive mind states. One the day of the retreat we will spend time with a range of meditation practices as well as gentle mindful movement and walking meditations.
