The MSBR program is a 2-month, 9 session course. You will receive 8 sessions on a weekly basis that run for 2.5 hours each. With the inclusion of a mindfulness day retreat at around the 6-week mark.
In this riveting and playful 8-week long course you will be expertly guided through mindfulness meditations skills and techniques in a comfortable position and through movement practices that are gentle and safe for all bodies, no matter what the age or issue they’re carrying. A typical session will include some basic theoretical information on the following topics:
- Stress physiology
- Communication
- Thinking and thought processes
- Bioplasticity (the new ‘neuroplasticity’)
- Emotional intelligence
- Interpersonal mindfulness
- Perception and appraisal
