Welcome to Mind Balance Counselling
Life often presents us with challenging situations and despite our best efforts we don’t always find ways of resolving them. It is normal to feel overwhelmed and distressed when one is faced with the unexpected in our lives such as the loss of someone we love, servere pain, a sudden diagnosis of illness or a life transition such as the birth of a child, children leaving home, divorce or retirement.
Going through a transitional phase in your life can profoundly change how you feel about yourself and many areas of your life may suffer as a result.
It’s not always possible or appropriate to discuss problems with those closest to us; this is when we may need help from a qualified professional to get us back on track or to deal with our situation the best we can. Talking to someone who understands what you are going through can make a huge difference.
