Mim Beim runs a busy practice in the Southern Highlands as well as online. 

Mim believes health is a team effort… with you, the patient, being in control and well informed at all times. The rest of the team provide you with all the ‘tools’ and information you may need. The team members may include doctors, physiotherapists, psychologists… basically whomever is needed in the mix to achieve your health goals. Mim has a trusted referral base.

Excellence in Practice

Awarded by her peers, Mim received the Excellence in Practice award at the 2017 Bioceuticals Integrative Medicine Awards, in the same year was also created a Fellow of the Naturopaths & Herbalists Association of Australia.

Through her 35 years of practice, Mim strives to give her patients the best in traditional and modern evidence based naturopathic care, along with compassion and kindness. Mim has developed a commonsense approach to healing, her preference is for the least amount of medicines, natural or pharmaceutical, tailoring each treatment plan to suit the individual – their lifestyle and personality.

Mim has written 9 books, including Natural Remedies which discusses 100 conditions and how to treat them, thousands of columns and articles including Sunday Telegraph’s Body and Soul, Sun Herald’s Tempo, Good Health & Medicine and Family Circle. Mim helped create and star in two TV Foxtel series, and is a regular on morning television. She was the triple J naturopath for 7 years in the early 1990’s, and another 4 years with ABC’s Nightlife host Tony Delroy. 

Mim currently lectures and is clinic superviser at Endeavour Natural Therapies College.

Mim has a range of therapeutic (and delicious) herbal teas.

In 2011 Mim travelled to the US to study with Patrick McKeown, world-renowned expert in the Buteyko Breathing technique. Since that time, Mim has been teaching the Buteyko technique and says it has transformed her life and practice.
