WHAT IS REIKI?

Reiki, a Japanese word (pronounced ReyKey) which is translated to mean universal life force energy. It is a very simple system of healing carried out by placing hands on or over a person with the intent to channel universal life force energy.

Reiki is profound in its ability to heal on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level promoting the flow of life force energy and encourages the bodys natural healing process.

Reiki allows you to become a channel for the universal energy to flow through, thus receiving and transmitting healing to others.

The benefits of Reiki can be all-empowering, not only giving us the ability to heal ourselves and others which by itself is deeply meaningful, but also bring guidance to our lives.
