After 60 minutes of exercise you know you will sleep great at night, be prepared for multiple high intensity exercises. It is recommend when you train to do so for 60 minutes at a time, during this period you have time to warm and cool down without cutting into training time.

45 minutes is a perfect time to get in the thick of it from the word go! This is one of the most popular training times as everyone can find a spare 45 minutes in their day to look after the temple which is the human bodies.

What is Bootcamp?
Migani fitness bootcampThink of bootcamp as a big group training session with other nervous yet excited individuals just like yourself that are looking for more variety and challenge to the ordinary cardio and weight training sessions. Be ready for something different, look forward to never doing the same session twice in a fun, comradery environment. When you think time is up, be aware there is always more!
Bootcamps usually run either early mornings or late evenings.
Bootcamp benefits
All sessions are designed to involve a combination of cardiovascular training, bodyweight movements, strength, plyometric exercises, speed, agility, balance and coordination. To mix it all up we add kettlebells, bosuball balls, swissballs, boxing sandbags, tyres, battle ropes and what ever heavy objects we can find! The benefits come to those who sign up and commit to the sessions.

What bootcamps do we currently offer?
Every Saturday morning we run a bootcamp for casual visitors who come as they please. It’s a one hour group session from 7:45am – 8:45am at Keilor Downs College, where everyone is welcome. It’s $15 per session, pay as you come. Lots of fun, and it makes a great start to everyones weekend.
We also run 6 week fitness challenge bootcamps which run consistently throughout the year. We train as a group 3 times a week over the 6 week period where everyone is challenged and are guaranteed results at the end of the program. Currently, this bootcamp is held at Keilor Downs College from 6:00am – 7:00am Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. Contact us to sign up for our next 6 week challenge, you won’t regret it!
Bootcamps for teachers, students and schools (both Primary and Secondary). Migani Fitness Trainer comes to your location during school times or outside of school hours. These are great for team building and challenging yourself physically and mentally in a fun environment!
Who is bootcamp training suitable for?
Bootcamp training is for fitness enthusiasts, novice or advance – it doesn’t matter as long as you’re willing to do your best. The sessions are designed so that you work to your own personal level and intensity with encouragement from the group and trainer. There is nothing you can’t do!
What should I bring to a bootcamp session?
All sessions are either indoors or will commence outdoors, so it is important to dress appropriately. Bring runners, drink bottle, towel and hat or sunglasses during summer. Most importantly, bring yourself and your smile!
How much does a bootcamp session cost?
Session fees vary according to the number of participants and the type of bootcamp you choose to do. If you have a team of 6 or more and would like a bootcamp trainer to take you, contact us now to secure your trainer. We run both pay as you go bootcamps and bootcamp packages at peak times.
