Sheree Cameron is a Professional Life Coach and has a talent for assisting people to tap into their full potential and finding what their true passions for life are. After working in employment for many years she noticed that some people kept the same old behaviour patterns which affected how they held long term employment, when Sheree discovered Coaching this then gave the opportunity to assist people to break old habits and create new ones that were more successful and fulfilling. Sheree also runs Relaxation Meditation Groups to assist people with clarity and being.
Sheree is married with 2 beautiful girls and enjoys property investing, recently flipping a property plus renovating many over the past decade, she loves to spend time with family, friends and believes its imperative to work on yourself first before you can help others.
Sheree pulls her knowledge from Coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming and other streams of self development to bring a heightened sense of balance into peoples lives, transitioning them forward with their Health, Wealth and Relationships leaving them feeling happier and more fulfilled.
Life Coaching and the Coaching Process
Life Coaching sessions provide you with the opportunity to talk about the things that are important to you. Coaching is solution (rather than problem) focused which means we won’t spend lots of time trying to make sense of why things are the way that they are, we’ll be asking ‘what can we do about it?’
You won’t be advised to act in a certain way but you will be asked questions that encourage you to think differently and to open up to new opportunities. Your coach will be willing to brainstorm with you when you are stuck and keep you accountable for doing the things you say you are going to do.
