Having been on the path of spiritual enlightment and living a more soul focused life since 2017 I understand the work that is required on this path. I have experienced the ups and downs, the love & light and the dark & messy. I have felt and experienced the benefits of all the modalities that I offer which is why I love sharing them with others.
I know that providing gentle guidance as you grow is my purpose. To help you on your path with healing, finding the messages within, building a deeper connection with self, soul & heart. This journey of discovery and healing is ongoing as you delve deeper there always seems to be more to uncover and heal, only you can decide when you feel complete or when you are ready to expand more. I will be here for you at any & all stages.
I draw on all my experience during holistic coaching/counselling sessions to help you work through overwhelm, chaos, life experiences to find more peace and balance. Holistic counselling is not just to work through trauma, stress, overwhelm but a place to be heard, acknowledge and enter discussions to help you move forward in life.
I bring my holistic counsellor, life coaching, soul coaching, meditation teacher and energy healer training and experience to each session. I aim to create a safe space where you feel heard. I believe that our paths have crossed for a reason and I can't wait to work with you in-person (Albion Park, NSW) or over Zoom.
