About Michelle Blum

Michelle has worked in the natural therapies profession for over 20 years. As well as training as an Acupuncturist, Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Naturopath, Michelle also has a background in Massage Therapy.

Michelle particularly loves to offer her clients an integrative approach to natural treatments, blending her vast Chinese Medicine knowledge with Naturopathic, Nutritional and Western Herbal Medicine principles and treatment.

Michelle practices Japanese style Acupuncture which in her opinion is a more comfortable, gentle and individualised style of Acupuncture. She asseses the state of the pulse, tongue and abdomen (Hara) as a way of shaping the treatment approach. She will couple this when necessary with  dietary suggestions, blood pathology analysis and functional medicine testing to reach the most thorough and comprehensive diagnosis and client care.

Michelle's special interests include musculo-skeletal pain relief as well as a wide range of women’s health concerns including fertility, IVF support, pregnancy, menopause and menstrual irregularities. Michelle also has a special passion for mental health and digestive health concerns.
