What To Expect

My name is Michele Preiss and I have been working in the Health and Wellness industry for the past 18 years. My career was launched at a young age when I travelled to Adelaide from Broken Hill to pursue my dreams. My first experience of health and wellness started as a fitness instructor and I soon discovered, helping people gain control of their lives had become a passion of mine. So my journey began...

During the short few years that followed I gained an extensive knowledge of the human body through massage, study and hard work. I began to understand how and why our bodies behave in certain ways and how to correct these physical problems.

I still have the same enthusiasm for helping people reach their goals as I did all those years ago when I first started. Today my client base is extensive and benefits all age groups - Newborns, pregnant women, Elderly - even a number of dogs and horses. I am filled with a sense of achievement when I can change the health outcomes in peoples lives. Consultation is arranged by appointment. Health fund rebates apply.
