I am a qualified practitioner with a passionate interest in natural and traditional therapies, mixed with a healthy dose of science-based practice.
Being in practice for over 12 years, I help people improve their current condition and empower them through therapy and learned techniques as well as provide encouragement and support to help them feel AMAZING.
The body is designed to feel well, and many people don’t realise how good they could really feel, if they make the decision to learn how to maintain their bodies.
I began my career with kinesiology, Bowen therapy, and various forms of massage, and my most recent love has been becoming a naturopathic nutritionist, having completed a degree in nutritional medicine.
I run my practice at home in my beautiful front room overlooking a picturesque lake and parklands.
