Through awareness of breath, body, heart and mind we are made present and aware in our life, connecting deeply within ourselves and to those around us.
With quiet reflection we allow wisdom, understanding, insight, compassion and acceptance to emerge.
We are located in Bondi, in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
About Us
Meditation has become the cornerstone of my life, i started my meditation practice nine years ago and have practised on a daily basis ever since.
Largely self- taught, using the simplest universal techniques, meditation has brought profound change to my life.
Along my journey i encounter many whom upon hearing my passion for meditation, proclaim they “can’t meditate” for various reasons.
It is to help such people to begin a meditation practice, I have started Meditation Bondi.
