I am a Remedial Trained and fully registered Massage Therapist (Health Fund Rebates available) and I also specialize in Hoffman Massage massage. The Hoffman system is based on unlocking blockages which may be trapped in the body's anatomy trains, and opening up the body's natural energy flow to promote the body's natural self-healing mechanisms.
In addition I offer personal training to all ages and levels of fitness, with 15 years experience as a personal trainer and 6 years as a Massage Therapist.
