Pregnancy Massage

For pregnant women and new mums. We give special attention to areas such as the lower back, legs and feet which can suffer during pregnancy. Sadly though, we can't help you with the lack of sleep and all those nappies!

Hot Stone Massage 

A flowing remedial massage incorporating the application of heated smooth flat stones placed on key poits of the body and used with oil to massage the body. The combination of the heat from the stones and massage gets deep into the muscles inducing a deeply relaxing effect.

Oncology Massage 

A highly specialised and very gentle light-touch modification of massage techniques whcih may assist people with a diagnosis or history of cancer with their pain, stress, anxiety and/or discomfort. Research has shown oncology massage imporves quality of life and can be used for sympotm management. It can help reduce the side effects experienced from conventional treatment of cancer and the cancer process itself.

Facial/Massage Packages

Look and feel amazing with our new massage and facial combination. We use natural aromatherapy skin care products and specialized facial massage techniques, including lymphatic drainage and acupressure points that will leave your skin softer, tingling and vibrant. Makes a great gift!

Infrared Sauna

Infrared heating panels emit light, helping the body to detoxifiy and giving users a deeply cleansing experience. The radiated heat penetrates deep within the tissues, muscles and cells. Unlike traditional saunas, the air within an infrared sauna is a lot drier, making it easier to breathe. This form of slow heating makes infrared saunas a much more comfortable experience.
