One to one, is also the way that I like to perform your treatment Every massage and every client is unique. I like to use a combination of techniques from my skill set, when performing massage OR MYOTHERAPY treatment.
My areas of expertise are Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Points, and Lower Back tightness release.
I do not work on a one size fits all system. A massage should be about you..... the client, and I strive to achieve this with every massage I perform.
I am passionate about massage and improving your quality of life.
MASSAGE WITH A VIEW: For those who enjoy relaxation massage, I am working from a first floor location at 57 Great Ocean Road, this allows me to give you a wonderful massage, enjoy great views, and have the relaxing sound of the ocean, to leave you truly feeling like you have been on a relaxing, restorative holiday.

AVAILABILITY
I am available at most times. Currently, I am available 9am to 8pm, most days. You are more likely to obtain your preferred time by booking ahead.
**May be restricted hours during public holiday.
I try to maintain costing at an affordable rate, simply because I believe we all need massage on a regular basis for well being.
CURRENT PRICING:
$50 for half an hour consult (Mon -Fri)
$80 for one hour consult (Mon - Fri)
SATURDAY - $80 for 55 min consult
EASTER SUNDAY & MONDAY $80 - 55 min
SUNDAY - $120 for 55 min consult
$120 for 90 minutes consult. (Mon - Fri)
CORPORATE CLIENTS -(OHCS): Please phone Lorraine for Rates.
Unfortunately credit card facilities or hicaps are not available at this stage.
*** Clients with Private Health cover with extras, can claim back % from Health Insurance depending on your level of cover.
Gift Vouchers are available from from Lorraine.
ABOUT YOUR MASSAGE
Your massages will be specifically tailored to meet your requirements. The massage consultation includes a quick chat about your needs, any relevant past history, and physical assessments if deemed necessary.
For example, the massage plan is very difference for a person who has completed the Great Ocean Road Walk or walked to the top of Marriners Lookout, as opposed to a person who is tight from sitting at a computer all week.
The massage plan is then developed and discussed with you. This includes the amount of clothing that you may wish to leave on, the type of massage you want eg relaxation, sports, remedial etc, the amount of pressure during the massage etc.
It is advised post massage you drink plenty of water (2 litres), to flush toxins from your system.
After a Deep Tissue Massage, you can be left feeling a little sore for the next 24 hours, this is a normal response to massage, there is no reason to change your normal routines.
REGISTRATION & HEALTH FUNDS
I have AAMT professional registration, and Health Fund accreditation enabling rebates for Remedial Massage and Myotherapy where applicable.
