Natural therapies are very helpful in the treatment of a number of health concerns such as Depression, Anxiety, Stress, physical or emotional, Digestive complaints (e.g. Irritable bowel, food intolerance or sensitivity), Addiction to alcohol, cigarettes, food or other substances, Low energy, lethargy or feeling lost (e.g. Chronic Fatigue), Pain (e.g. back issues, knee problems, injuries that aren’t healing easily), Learning or behavioural challenges which may or may not be labelled (e.g. ADHD, ODD, Auditory Processing, Sensory Integration Disorder etc), or Phobias or fears.
During a treatment session, a number of different skills and modalities are used to help create awareness that facilitates emotional or physical release. Mary realises that any type of therapy is deeply personal and works with you in a gentle and client centred manner, moving at the pace directed by you.
After 20 years in the corporate sector and several health concerns that could not be treated by modern medicine, Mary knew there had to be another way. She turned to natural therapies for herself and her family and found that her health and the health of her family started to improve.
To assist you in the transformation, Mary uses a number of natural therapies such as Hypnotherapy, Kinesiology, Past Life Regression, Neural Organisational Technique (NOT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Sabotage Clearing, Energetic Healing, Essential Oils, Shell Essences, Rekindled Ancient Wisdom (RAW) and Quantum Consciousness. Mary will work with you to discuss and agree on the best treatment path for the presenting concern before commencing with any session.
Mary is a member of the Australian Hypnotherapists Association (AHA) and the Energetic Healing association (EHA). Mary is also an accredited Goulding SleepTalk consultant, HypnoBirthing practitioner and Energetic Alignment practitioner.
