About Marita
Marita is a qualified Meditation Teacher & Reiki Master/Teacher. She specialises in Mindfulness Meditation, and run monthly Day Retreats, and weekly meditation groups. As well, Marita offers individual Reiki treatments, teaches the gentle art of Reiki to small groups, and runs Reiki Practitioner Circles and Day Retreats.
