• Iridology is a tool that focuses on well-being assessment and lifestyle/nutrition management alongside years of knowledge in the natural health therapy/complimentary approach in assisting metabolism and individual needs towards a healthier well-being.  
• Areas looked at may include better eating patterns, food associated problems, tiredness and how your nutrition can compliment a better metabolism.  Iridology looks at the Iris with reflex patterns, colour combinations that can indicate patterns of metabolism.  Iridology is a well being assessment not a medical diagnosis.
• Your consultation provides a view on a holistic approach to natural health and nutrition which also utilises a assessment of your diet, lifestyle, stress manaagement working alongside any of your current health interventions.  It is a individual natural health consultation.

I hold a Diploma in Iridology, post grad in clinical nutrition, University level Diploma Social science and various certificates in herbs, vitamins and health sciences.  

Fee: for individual Iridology assessment, photos and nutrition natural health is between $130 - $150.

Wellbeing Massage Therapy

With over 30 years in the remedial industry , therapies now focus on wellbeing rehabilitation muscle therapy, lymphatic drainage and specific therapy techniques the massage therapies I provide are clinical in areas of need work alongside other treatments and any injury or rehab programs will need specific discussion with clearances if need be.  Focused areas womens health.

Specialised lymphatic drainage therapy

• This therapy is a designed lymphatic drainage massage the focus is on lymphatic circulation to ease tired, aches and pains, various swelling issues and general detox for the lymphatic system and muscular system.  Some treatments focus on sinus and facial therapy whilst others focus on leg therapy or arm therapy.  The focus is to calm and relax and assist the lymphatic and muscular systems.

Well being massage for womens health

• This therapy combines specific massage treatments and assist in muscular rehab repair, relaxation and mindfullness a gentle but thorough massage treatment designed for womens health, it also combines oxy chi machine for assistance in balance and stress managment. 

Relaxation with facial therapy massage 

• This therapy is focused on muscle relaxation movement and free flow oxy chi balancing with facial and scalp pamper suited for womens health and relaxation care.

Specialised injury rehab care massage for hip/ knee / pre post surgery or Shoulder massage care assessment before booking is essential and may need clearance by your medical team.

• For many years I have designed specialised treatments via specific massage therapy to assist hips, legs, knees or shoulders that need good care either before or after surgery.  Injury or rehab massage utislises massage techniques, drainage techniques with muscle care and relax therapy.  It is essential you call ahead for this therapy as a discussion prior to therapy is essential.  The womens health focus treatments ustilised specific relax therapy and facial therapy includes natural health facial products. 
• I have obtained numerous qualifications in these areas which incluede Diploma and cert 4 levels in massage, remedial, lymphatic, sports injury, relaxation massage, aromatherapy, alexander technique, cross fibre mobilisation, reflexology  and years of experience in muscle therapies.

Mindfulness therapy - Focused on Womens health only, 

 Level 5 Diploma University Degree of Social Science,Diploma of Yoga and instruction, Diploma Mindfulness, certificate of mindfulness therapies. Completing advanced Diploma, Level 1,2,3 Practioner).

This therapy is suitable for those whom need assistance in learning relaxation and self help mindful awareness.  And with assessment of any other programs aims at learning techniques of breathing, relaxation and meditation excercises, music therapy and oxy chi balancing.  Awareness that most therapies here are mindful orientated.
