Fees range from $75 - $150 per session and is based on current industry , your therapy will be explained and cost with clinic details when a booking is made , payment is at time of therapy and phone banking deposit is available sorry no eftpos. Pensioner and senior discounts.  All clinic details are given when a booking and your assessment is made via phone.  Whilst texting and email are welcomed it is prefered and priority by  calling and leaving a name and phone contact will be answered as soon as possible.  Thank you.

Iridology-Natural Therapy Wellness-Clinical Nutrition food planning.

• Diploma of Iridology and Health science, Post graduate Diploma in clinical nutrition.

 This therapy uses Iridology as a tool to focus on diet lifetstyle planning and metabolism assisting a healthier lifestyle.  Focus on Natural health therapy and clinical Nutrition.

With a hectic lifestyle wanting to reduce stress and learning eating habits that aids metabolism.  Detoxification through food planning and assist on a holistic approach of well being balance a full nutritional assessment and natural health guidance.   This therapy will need a time frame of 1.5 hours.

Wellbeing Massage therapy - Focus therapies for Womens health and wellbeing.  Please note Therapy is for Womens health only.

• Diploma Massage: Alexander technique: Swedish massage, Yoga.
• Certificates: Aromatherapy, reflexology, reiki master energy healing,
• Qaulified in various levels of  therapy including Remedial, relaxation - have developed techniques over many years of training, practice and experienced in individual muscle care therapy. Designed  Therapy ranges from Remedial, Trigger point, cross fibre mobilation, lymphatic drainage, relaxation, sinus accupressure, relaxation and hot stone therapy.
• Certificate Reflexology : Can be used in these therapies to assist focused trigger points via hands and feet and prominently used with detoxification therapies.

• Lymphatic Drainage - is a specialised massage therapy to assist lymphatic problems, swelling and associated management.  Can aid drainage, fluid retention, sinus and assists lymphatic pathways for problematic areas.  This therapy is specially designed for individual problems, needs assessment prior to therapy for post surgical problems a Dr clearance may be asked for before treatment )
• Hip/leg and knee therapy - is a designed massage therapy focusing on hip/leg or knees.  Designed by myself with training and experience with pre and post surgical replacements or pain management.  This therapy is designed to aid those assisting muscle therapy before and after medical procedures, recuperation style technique, applied stretching and assistance with pain muscle care. ( A Dr clearance will be asked for after any post surgery and a wait time for healing)

Mindfulness therapy - Focused on Womens health only, 

 Level 5 Diploma University Degree of Social Science,Diploma of Yoga and instruction, Diploma Mindfulness, certificate of mindfulness therapies. Completing advanced Diploma.

This therapy is suitable for those whom need assistance in learning relaxation and self help mindful awareness.  And with assessment of any other programs aims at learning techniques of breathing, relaxation and meditation excercises and any assisting natural health suggestions. Is a therapy to asssist self awareness of mindfulness and teaches therapies towards less anxiety and stress focus is on understanding the self, relaxation therapy and reduce stress. Am a member of Therapist Aid programs. Also Certificate awarded and voluntary work for two years as a accidental Counsilor.
