About Us
I have graduated as a Holistic Counsellor at Nature Care College, and being experiential and transpersonal oriented, I use an integrative approach to help people to attend and respond to all levels of experience: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
As part of my counselling studies I was trained in Transformational Coaching (which gave me a broad array of skills and interventions to help people to achieve their goals.
My own personal struggles in life is the compass that kept me in the direction of this present journey, dying and being born again and again several times, confronting my own anger, fear and shame, and the most difficult of all: my own fear to Love. This became the very foundation of my strength, empathy and trust as a therapist, allowing me to hold people in a space of Unconditional Love as they witness the unfolding landscapes of their experiences.
I was attuned as a Reiki Master by Usui's lineage's Master, Jacqueline Bushell, and studied also Re birthing and Breathe Work and Swedish Massage (High distinction).
I love using Ayurvedic blends as well as Pure Essential Oils during massage or Reiki sessions knowing that this will help to reach deeper levels of wellness.
In May 2009 I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. After two operations in June and July the same year, I was instructed to follow a very aggressive treatment to defeit a very aggressive grade of cancer. But my heart spoke louder than ever before, and told me to follow a natural treatment composed of organic and vegeterian diet, change of priorities, change of focus, meditation, the use of the EFT, Reiki, and a nurturing environment.
Today, one year later, I am completely free from cancer, and I have a new and distinctive gift to offer, in holding and helping to heal those who are travelling the road I did.
I deeply believe that Health is a natural state of BEING IN HARMONY with ourselves, others and the world at large, and this only happens when we are PRESENT. When we are present, we are in accord with the Great Spirit of Nature, and because I also believe that I can not help others unless I help myself first, I deepen continuously my awareness, studies and personal development.
