About Manas

Manas hails from eastern India and studied in Rama Krishna Mission from year four to twelve as a boarder.  He is a Mechanical Engineer with a Post Graduate in Management and Fellow & Chartered Engineer of Engineers Australia. 

He started practicing yoga from a very young age and transformed his body and mind.   He had undergone rigorous training under the monks of Rama Krishna Mission, Ironman Nilmoni Das and also at a yoga and fitness center in Germany.
