As a Clinical Nutritionist, Lucy is passionate about nourishing the next generation, our little people, with proper food because she believes that if we nourish them properly, right from the start, they can live a happier, healthier life.
In her practice, Lucy shares the food she makes for her family. It’s proper food cooked at home, right down to the burnt bits, with well-loved pots and pans and piles of dishes in the sink.
Most of her recipes are gluten-free, sugar-free and dairy-free, but she offers variations based on your dietary preferences.
As a Nutritionist, she wants to educate, inspire, and empower parents to make healthier food choices for their children without spending more time or money on food than they already do.
To empower your kids with skills, Lucy recommends you engage them in all types of food preparation - teaching them to cook is a fantastic gift, and they'll be more inclined to eat what they helped create!
