Lottelife and healing power of Breath

Lotte has been offering Individual Breathwork Sessions, Groups, Workshops and Retreats for well over 20 years as well Personal Development Courses and Practitioner Training in the Healing Arts.

Creating a safe ‘set and setting’ is always a priority in all of Lotte’s work and she will arrange extra facilitators if needed depending on the size of the group, workshop or retreat. 

If you would like to include Breathwork in a retreat setting or if you would like to organise your own breathwork group with your friends or colleagues at your chosen venue, please get in contact to discuss further with Lotte. 

Lottelife Transpersonal Breathwork workshops and groups are experiential workshop settings exploring the process and many possibilities available to us in non-ordinary states of consciousness.  The length of workshops are varied depending on the style of breathwork offered.

Some Lottelife Transpersonal Breathwork workshops are conducted over a full day and include two breathwork experiences, one as a breather and one as a sitter, while other Breathwork groups include a breathwork journey only and will require much less time.
