Loreto is a qualified and dedicated Kinesiologist who can help you become the best version of yourself.

In the practice of Kinesiology and other complementary therapies, she hopes to invest love, time, and energy into helping clients heal their bodies, minds, and souls.

In her 30 years of experience, she has helped hundreds of clients with a variety of tools and techniques.

Each session lasts about an hour and a half, is private and completely confidential.

Kinesiology Balance

This therapy is a one-on-one session for health and stress management. Each session is tailored to meet your individual needs.

The rationale behind this concept is that when we experience stress in any form, it creates challenges preventing us from moving beyond those challenges we’re facing.

Loreto's Kinesiology balance allows her to determine your imbalances, whether they are physical, emotional, mental or energetic.

After identifying these issues, she’ll work with you to resolve them.
