- We are able to analyse your diet using our dietary analysis software. This helps us to identify any nutrients which may be at risk of inadequate intake and supports the need for supplementation if it is required.
- We will never ask you to eliminate entire food categories. We believe in realistic and sustainable dietary changes.
- We can assist you in learning how to shop seasonally and hence affordably
- We can help you to better understand nutrition labels and how to use free tools that help you to compare like products quickly
- We can support you in planning and cooking nutritious and healthy foods
- We can help you to navigate internet myths, current trends and different diets
