Louise Morrow of LMPsychology has over 20 years experience as a Clinical Psychologist, working in both private and corporate settings. Louise's primary therapeutic approach is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, an evidence-based psychological intervention that uses mindfulness, identification of what's important to you (your values) and behavioural strategies to increase your psychological flexibility and bring vitality and meaning to your life.
