Liz Watters is a talented Psychotherapist and counsellor. She has completed a Masters in Applied Psychotherapy and Counselling. Liz works in Australia, London, Mumbai and Nairobi in Kenya and has online clients all over the world.

She travels often to work and live in Africa where she is also part of a project helping to build a school in a village orphanage. Her African Tree of Life Safaris is a tour business taking people into the heart of African culture and spirit in a wonderful authentic way.
She lives mainly in Palm Beach and works in the CBD of Sydney as well. She has five daughters and considers her life purpose to, “change the world and help to prevent suffering”. Liz has a loving compassionate presence and works hard to empower and uplift her clients.

Psychotherapy is an English word of Greek origin, deriving from Ancient Greek psyche (ψυχή meaning “breath; spirit; soul”) and therapia (θεραπεία “healing; medical treatment”).
Psychotherapy is often a form of talking therapy which can take place over many or just a few sessions depending on the needs of the patient. There are many kinds of trainings which come under the psychotherapy umbrella. Liz has trained in quite a few of these while developing her own style.
The art of listening and the ability to help form understanding and sometimes giving a little information or education are some of the things that therapy is about. Then there is safety, confidentiality and trust built over time. In the end though there is a kind of chemistry between the patient and the therapist which seems to escape definition, but makes the alchemy of change.
Liz says, “There is a wonderful touching relationship in therapy which builds foundations and provides support, where people come out of the unhelpful stories they tell themselves and begin to experience some self regard and some core strength”.

Soul Path Reading
This is a one hour reading which is a combination of psychic and intuitive information along with spiritual guidance.
Liz gives an overview of your soul’s evolution and guidance about how you learn, where you’re going and what your soul wants you to do. Your purpose and destiny, your karma and your needs and wishes, your capacities and your talents that are all part of your story.
