The teacher
Tessa Hughes has been meditating for 8 years and draws on a variety of experiences and teachers. Tessa’s qualifications are: Bachelor of Arts and Social Work, Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and Advanced Certificate in Trauma Counselling. After twenty years’ experience in the helping and training professions Tessa has decided to focus her energy on teaching meditation.
