Reiki is a safe, non-invasive technique, which can be used to treat physical, mental and emotional imbalance in the body and can complement other treatments. Reiki helps increase energy levels, promotes wellbeing and brings spiritual awareness. I practice and teach the traditional Usui Method of Healing. My Reiki treatments are enhanced by the Sekhem energy which was channelled to me during a meditation and by my knowledge of many other modalities.
