Holly instils creativity & passion into every aspect of her life. Health & fitness has always played an important part in growing physically, mentally & spiritually: believing with a healthy mind, body & spirit you can achieve anything you put your mind to. Previously a California girl, She has been living in Australia since 2008 and is proud to call it home. While living in Perth she taught Hatha, Prenatal & Postnatal with her own holistic healthcare business. Moving to New South Wales after her daughter Savona was born she realized she wanted to focus on families health & wellness. That is how she started family health & wellness awareness.

My goal is to aid in your healing process whether it’s for stress reduction, weight loss, reversal of chronic disease, sports injury, relaxation, health management & improving overall wellness. I want to help you get closer to the balance life for which we all strive for. I believe with awareness of family health our children will be more well rounded than I ever was. Children want to be healthy if given the chance. It's our responsibility to teach them how to live a healthy lifestyle. This can be done in a loving, caring, fun environment. So many of us get caught up in our busy lives we forget how to make being healthy fun. My job is to help you and your family along the way.”

A consistent healthy regimen will leave you feeling rejuvenated and inspired: Opening the doors to positive transformation; Ultimately creating a calm and peaceful mind, an open and compassionate heart, and a strong feeling of self-acceptance. Through my own individual growth, I open my heart to the beauty that can be found every day.

Health Coaching


Total wellness is more than just nutrition. In a 6-month program, we'll meet twice a month to take a holistic look at your life. We'll not only find the most appropriate dietary recommendations for you, but we'll also look at stress management, supplements, sleep, improving relationships and circadian rhythm management to make sure you're feeling your best!

Prenatal Yoga


Many women are coming to prenatal yoga at the recommendation of their doctors to prepare your mind & body for the miracle of childbirth, Prenatal Yoga helps mums with stress, breathing & clarity. Mums-to-be create community, support & lasting friendships.

Mums & Bubs Yoga


Babies & mums share bonding time while Mum can practice yoga. This class is designed to allow babies to join in on the yoga poses, bond with mum or play at Mum’s side while she practices. Mum’s find this class beneficial and it gives them a much-needed yoga practice & it allows them to attend to their child’s needs whether to feed, hold the baby, or play with baby during class. Additionally, this is an opportunity for Mums to meet other Mums with similarly aged children, who also love yoga & create a supportive atmosphere.

Kids Yoga


Kids will enjoy all the benefits of yoga in a fun and playful way. Yoga is for everyone, no matter how flexible you are, or what religion if any you belong to.
I dedicate a light-hearted and safe environment for children to grow in strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, & mindfulness. Yoga is a non-competitive way for kids to build self-esteem & confidence. By using interactive games & animated postures, kids will build body awareness, improve concentration & focus, & learn how to release energy & relax.
