I have been working in the Health Industry for over 12 years and I am passionate about helping people to reach their wellbeing and health goals. I have completed a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics and a Bachelor of Naturopathy, the learning process for me will never stop. My goal is to utilise food as medicine and to empower and educate my clients to understand what their bodies need and how to actively listen to their bodies.
