My Reiki journey began in 2008 where I attained my level 1 certificate.  The changes I experienced within myself were instant & expanded my awareness of the power of Reiki energy. This furthered my interest to level 2 where I gained the skills with the use of the Reiki symbols along with learning more treatments & the ability to send Reiki.

I love how Reiki takes you deeper into the journey of understanding energy & knowing yourself. This led me towards attaining my Master level in 2018. I became a full-time practitioner & teacher in 2021. To be working with Reiki energy daily is such a joy, whilst assisting others to heal & learn, offering guidance towards self-empowerment.

REIKI works by balancing our Energy (Lifeforce) System and harmonising our vibrational frequency at the molecular level, thereby bringing about healing on all aspects of our being. The energy system underlies all the other systems of our body, eg. endocrine, glandular, circulatory, respiratory, skeletal and nervous systems. All conditions of illness begin at this deeper level as an imbalance of energy, eventually manifesting as a physical symptom. Reiki addresses the cause (imbalance of energy).

In my practice I offer three kinds of REIKI treatments - 1 hour $80.    

Basic Traditional Treatment -  Works well for aches and pains, particularly back and shoulder issues. It is also great for common day-to-day complaints whilst helping to reduce stress. It compliments conventional and other natural healing modalities.

The Chelation Treatment - This very powerful treatment is specifically for clearing blockages within your whole energy system whilst restoring balance throught your body.

Mental/Emotional Treatment - This treatment is very effective when feeling emotionally unsettled, depressed or suffering emotional trauma. It can provide mental clarity to personal questions and experiences. A chakra balance is also included in this treatment.

Reiki/Sound Treatment - I also offer brass bowls, chimes and crystal bowls with a Reiki treatment. The frequencies of Reiki and Sound helps you to access the deeper levels of your inner wisdom and healing. These treatments vary between 1 - 1&1/2 hrs. Cost - $80 - $100

I also Teach Reiki - Level 1,2,3a & Master level in workshops, 4 people maximum. Each level 1,2,3a is $330, Master level $1000

Teaching Reiki - Level 1.  2 day course with the introduction of Reiki energy, 4 attunements, learn to treat self, family & friends, comprehensive information book and certificate.  Level 2 -  advanced Reiki - 2 days, practitioner level, attunement to work with the Reiki symbols, learn 2 other Reiki treatments, comprehensive book of teachings and certificate. Level 3a - the Inner Journey - 2 days - attunement, comprehensive book of teachings and certificate. Level 3 - Master/Teacher. Receive a final attunement of the master symbol, further expansion of the inner journey, learning how to do the attunements for each Reiki level.  1 day along with ongoing support and teaching. Comprehensive book of teachings, USB with information for teacher level and materials. Certificate.

My passion is to assist others along their journey of healing, discovery and mastery of self. Having previously worked in the medical field with many people including children whilst having raised a family, I have developed empathy, compassion, nurturing and connection with people. It is an honour to be able to be of service in this capacity as a Reiki Practitioner.

I have discovered and experienced that when we express ourselves purely from the heart, we are embodying a state of being that is unconditional love. To be that expression, our actions in this world are naturally in alignment with balance and 'All that Is', which is Oneness. To be consciously aware of the benefits of working with energy, along with understanding the intricacies of energy, is the greatest gift you can give to yourself and others.
