The Pathway to Freedom
In the changing fortunes of time, we are confronted with challenges that can either make us, or break us. Most of the time, it is the decisions that we make about how we respond to these challenges that will determine our quality of life.
Whether our challenges come from our childhood in our family of origin issues, or we are confronted with overwhelming stresses that we did not cope with, our nervous system encapsulate our experience and when we understand how our experiences are encoded, then we can exercise control, to let go of the past negative suppressed emotions, gain the wisdoms that are offered through our lived experiences, and live more in the present moment.
The Triune Brain
From low grade chronic stress to full blown panic attacks, patterns of conditioning in repeating old patterns of behaviors, limiting beliefs, conflicting values, addictions to numb our feelings and having a lack of purpose and meaning in our lives are some of the encoded experiences that we may need help with in passing through the gateways in our brain to finding emotional and mental health. Our pain and suffering may have come on a, person to person level, so too our healing can come on a, person to person basis also.
The Keys to Freedom Protocol.
Having been in Clinical Practice since 1984, I have developed the Keys to Freedom Protocol to navigate a pathway to our freedoms and to live life on purpose and with meaning.
- Information Gathering to find the root core drivers of our behavior's. Understanding is everything, and is the basis of intervention and finding solutions to complex issues.
- Releasing Negative Suppressed Emotions. When we haven't dealt with issues in our lives, events will repeat themselves continually in our lives. Hidden deep within these unfinished experiences lie valuable wisdoms if we could only reach them.
- Conflicting Values. I want to BUT I am not good enough. How often does the Post Hypnotic Suggestion of a Parent saying we are not good enough create the same internal thought in our adult lives. No matter the extent of our talents we sabotage our efforts.
- Limiting Beliefs. Many things are possible within ourselves, but we can place limits on our thinking about ourselves and on what we can achieve. Believing in and having confidence in yourself, when others don’t, now that’s a nice challenge.
- Imagineering. Was it Einstein who said Imagination is more important than knowledge. Imagination is one of the gateways of the Triune Brain and seeing and feeling and knowing the success of a goal can be more important than the facts that we think about a situation.
To create a new future requires new ideas, new thinking and new actions. To think that we can continue doing the same things and it will produce different results is not going to work so well with us. Deep down within side of ourselves we make our decisions and the fruits of our future success or failure of tomorrow are sown and with the seeds of our decisions today.
