When you are stuck in negative thoughts, unhealthy relationships, suffering the effects of anxiety and depression, struggling with addictions or grief and loss, I can help you navigate your way.

Initially I trained as a person centred counsellor and over time have added other modalities. For six years I worked at South Pacific Private, a treatment centre for mood disorders and addictions.
Based on the Northern Beaches, I now work in private practice and include in my approach a technique called Systemic Constellation, which can help you to see yourself through the lens of your family who came before you. This technique can help you unlock unhealthy and hidden patterns.
I also volunteer and work for Sister 2 sister program, a mentoring program for disadvantaged teenage girls.
Counselling can be of assistance in the areas of:
- If life just seems to be too hard.
- Relationship Issues.
- Grief, Loss and Trauma.
- Addictions.
- Womens Groups - a chance to share and learn and be supported.
- Anxiety and Depression support group/workshops run over 6 weeks.
