Personal Training Options
One-on- one Training – One-on-one personal training is effective and suitable for individuals of all fitness levels and ages.
Our trainers work closely alongside you to meet your individual needs, whether you want to, tone up, drop a dress size, lose body fat, increase your strength and enhance your energy levels (Plus a lot more!) Our trainers truly are experts in the fitness industry. We have conducted more than 75,000 personal training sessions, helped clients lose more than 1000 kilos and even personally mentored over 4000 personal trainers and massage therapists in becoming qualified.
Group Personal Training – Lifestyle Essentials provides you with the opportunity to train in your own private group. If you have a group of 3-6 friends who would like to train together once or twice a week we are more than happy and able to run a Private Personal Training Group specifically for you!
Postural Training – Your posture is the corner stone to your health! Good posture strengthens your tendons, muscles, bones, ligaments, nerves and even your immune system! Our posture training programs start with an individual posture assessment. From this assessment we are able to develop a posture improvement program with posture workouts that will help you re shape, correct and strengthen your posture back to what it is meant to be!
Pre & Post Natal Training – We provide personal training programs for women who are pregnant or have recently had a baby. Our professional trainers will work with you to achieve optimal wellbeing and health during your pregnancy, and help you to return to exercise post birth.
