There are great benefits to regular stretching and mobility exercises; including improving flexibility, reducing joint stiffness and pain, and feeling more comfortable in your body. Often people don’t realise the benefit of working with someone for a targeted flexibility and mobility routine - or that wonderful feeling after some assisted stretching and deep breathing!
My stretching, mobilisation and mindfulness sessions focus on tightened joints and muscles, gently helping you to re-centre your awareness and regain some movement freedom. Sessions range from 30 mins ($45), 45 mins ($65), up to 1 hour ($85), and can be done at your home, in my studio, or at my gym facility on Riley Street Darlinghurst.
