Certified practitioners use non-invasive techniques and encourage individual movement at their own pace because your safety and comfort are their primary concerns.
Prior to starting a session, Sue will talk to you so she can understand your specific circumstances and what you hope to accomplish.

Services Offered
Functional Integration Session
Functional Integration Sessions will bring your awareness to the next level. As you become more conscious of your thought process and movement, you will feel more comfortable, enjoyable, and easily moved.
You'll be instructed to pay close attention to your body movements, sensations, and thoughts.
The sessions are carefully designed with you and your goals in mind.
Dress comfortably during the session. The treatment will be non-invasive, with verbal guidance and gentle movements. If you need to, you can sit, stand, lie down or have a combination of these.
Awareness Through Movement Classes
These classes are offered in groups. Your practitioner will guide you through a series of exercises and give you individual advice to help you improve.
Focusing on your movements will help you make changes with no tension or force.
Lessons are offered in blocks of four, each with a different focus. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
Life Through Movement Feldenkrais Workshops
Group workshops help with the common challenges many people encounter every day.
Workshops will be held on weekends for half the day, with the number of participants depending on the venue.
Among the topics of workshops are:
- Relaxation - Focus on breathing to calm and regulate your nervous system.
- Walking - gain confidence in walking on uneven surfaces.
- Driving - reduce discomfort when getting into and out of the car, or when turning your head to park.
