About Cindy

Cynthia Williams (aka Cindy)

Cynthia Williams aka Cindy is a Registered Nurse, Wound CNC, Clinical Nutritionist (ANTA), Accredited Lymphoedema Practitioner (ALA) and Health Coach. Director of Liberation Holistic Health in Echuca and current Wound CNC at Echuca Regional Health running the Chronic Wound Clinic. Cindy completed her first wound education as a pharmacy assistant in 1993 and this is where her passion for learning and study began.

Cindy has an extensive nursing background in most areas of nursing and then worked as practice nurse for over 10 years. During this time was an asthma educator, women's health nurse, nurse immuniser, wound nurse, and LIFE program facilitator. Cindy has been a director on the board of Wounds Australia (finishing, December 2023), and a current committee member for Wounds Australia Victoria. Cindy is passionate about reducing the harm caused by wounds and lymphoedema, supporting others in their knowledge about wound care, providing access for those in our community and surrounds to timely specialist care without the need to travel outside of Echuca.

Cindy is supported by an amazing team of clinicians as part of Liberation Holistic Health. There are 5 Advanced nurses, Allied Health team, Office Manager and front of house team. We also have an amazing small gluten free/low carb shop and sell basic compression garments.

All services provided are specialised.

FEES

Some Health Funds will contribute to payment for services. You will need to check with individual Health Fund prior to appointment to see if you are covered.

We are a private practice, no Medicare rebate available.

If you are on a Home Care Package, NDIS, or TAC check with your case manager as they do cover the cost for some individuals depending on circumstance.

If you are unable to attend your booked time, please contact the practice at your earliest convenience as there is a wait list for patients. We require at least 24 hours prior to appointment time or full fee of service will be charged
