Who am I?

I think it is best to understand someone by what section of the book ship you will find them in. For me you will find me in the Mind, Body & Spirit section.

I am a seeker of truth, always searching for the reason behind something, asking questions as how did something get this way, what lays underneath the surface and what is at the core? These are the qualities that drew me towards kinesiology and made me extremely passionate about helping others to be the best that they can possibly be.

Before I began practicing kinesiology I was finding it difficult to balance everyday things like work and children. I wanted something more and I yearned for more balance. Kinesiology provided me with this. I know that by practicing kinesiology on my clients I am able to help them to uncover and to realise the truth. I understand that by using kinesiology to help individuals to uncover and to recognise their truth, I am able to kick start them on their path to wellbeing, freedom, passion, vitality, connection and joy.
